Whitley Bay Health Centre: GP Partner Required

A well-established and highly respected GP Practice in the centre of Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear. Beautiful coast and countryside on the doorstep and only 15 minutes from Newcastle city centre.

We are currently a 7 Partner Practice looking after 12700 patients with excellent nursing, administration, and additional attached roles (First contact Physio, Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician, Frailty Nurse, Mental Health Worker and Social prescriber).

Due to a growing patient list we are looking to expand and take on an additional GP partner - 8 Sessions.

We run personal lists - Each GP looks after a defined list of patients. This is immensely rewarding and leads to very high levels of continuity of care. Patients love it too. See our fantastic feedback on the GP National Patient survey. We are a friendly supportive practice and we meet daily for coffee and enjoy a sit-down lunch every Friday – beautiful sea view included! CQC outstanding. High QOF and DES achievements with above average earnings. You will be joining a stable and hardworking group of friendly and supportive staff.
