What makes Holmside different?
For us, it is our culture.
We are looking for a GP who wants to be part of a team where every member of staff is valued, listened to and supported. We genuinely believe the best ideas can come from anyone, and we actively encourage our clinicians to help shape the future direction of the practice.
Whether you are newly qualified, returning to practice, working on a retainer scheme or an experienced GP looking for a change, we would love to hear from you. The most important thing is finding someone whose values align with ours.
Why join us?
The thing we are most proud of is our teamwork.
General practice has never been more demanding, but we have built a culture where people support one another through the challenges and celebrate successes together. From our reception and administrative teams through to our clinicians and partners, we work collaboratively and with mutual respect.
As an Outstanding practice serving a diverse population, we combine high quality clinical care with a strong sense of social purpose. We are passionate advocates for our patients and for reducing health inequalities, while also recognising the importance of creating a sustainable and enjoyable working environment for our team.
